We do everything we can to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. If the hotel was not fully booked the night before, some rooms may be available in the morning. If you let us know your arrival time in advance, we will make sure your room is ready when you arrive. Reservations made directly on our website (www.fassbindhotels.ch) or by email are given priority. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, with staff on duty throughout the night.

Reservations made directly on our website or by email can be modified or canceled free of charge until noon on the day of your arrival. For reservations made through our partners, the conditions accepted at the time of booking apply. No exceptions to the agreed cancellation conditions are possible.

Where possible, we do our utmost to accommodate your special requests, although some may incur an additional charge.

We prefer reservations made directly on our website (www.fassbindhotels.ch) or by email.

Small, well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Enjoy a free pass included in your reservation, allowing you to use local public transportation for the duration of your stay.

To obtain your ticket, please contact your hotel by email the day before your arrival, providing your reservation details.

The institution will send you a form or the necessary instructions to receive your card by email.

The payment terms agreed upon at the time of booking must be respected.

For individual reservations made via our website (www.fassbindhotels.ch) or by email, we can send invoices within Europe.
If you require a specific address to appear on your invoice, please let us know upon arrival.

We do not accept remote payments with private credit cards.

All our hotels have luggage storage facilities where you can leave your bags free of charge on the day of your arrival.

Similarly, on the day of your departure, you can leave your luggage at the hotel until the evening.

Additional benefit (4-star hotels): in our 4-star hotels, you also have the option of changing and showering in our fitness area before setting off on your journey.

All our hotels offer dedicated teleworking spaces or "Hotel Offices," so you can enjoy a functional environment if you wish to work during your stay.

Parking options vary depending on the establishment:

In Geneva (Les Nations Hotel): the hotel offers parking spaces at a rate of 25.- per night. To reserve a space, please contact the hotel by email at nations@fhotels.ch. The maximum height allowed is 220 cm.

In Bern (Ambassador Hotel): this hotel has 44 free parking spaces for guests (availability not guaranteed) and two paid charging stations for electric vehicles (maximum height 190 cm).

Other hotels: The other establishments are located less than 100 meters from the station's underground parking lots. Payment is made directly at the public parking lot.
