Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our hotels and services. If you still cannot find the answer you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

  • We will do our best to have your room ready when you arrive. If the hotel is not fully booked the day before, we have rooms available which are already available for occupancy in the morning. 
  • If you inform us about your arrival time in advance, we will try our best to have a room ready in time.
  • We prioritize guest requests for reservations made through our website ( or by e-mail.
  • The front desk is open 24 hours.

  • Reservations made by e-mail, phone or directly through our website can be cancelled or modified free of charge until 12PM on the day of your arrival. 
  • For reservations made through an online portal the conditions agreed during booking apply. We do not make exceptions to the agreed cancellation or modification conditions.

  • If possible we fulfill special requests. Supplements or extra charges may apply. 
  • We prioritize guest requests for reservations made through our website ( or by e-mail.
  • No extra charges apply for small pets.

  • In Geneva you can request your ticket one day before arrival by sending an e-mail to the hotel (you can find the e-mail address in our contact details) and send us the details of your reservation. You will then receive an official form, which you are required to fill out in order to get your free ticket by e-mail.
  • A free ticket for all public transport is included in your reservation. 
  • In Berne you can access your ticket over your smartphone or tablet at the front desk or even before your arrival. Please contact the hotel if you need assistance.

  • The terms of payment agreed at the time of booking must be followed.
  • For individual reservations made through our website ( or by e-mail, we send invoices to companies within europe.
  • If you need a specific billing address, let us know at your arrival. 
  • We do not charge private credit cards at a distance.

  • All our hotels offer a luggage room, where you can leave your suitcases, the morning of your arrival. 
  • You are also able to leave your luggage at the hotel until the evening, the day of your departure. 
  • In our 4*-Hotels you have the option to take a shower and change in our fitness areas.
  • All our hotels are equipped with a “Hotel Office”-area, where you can work during your stay or at the day of departure.

  • The Hotel Les Nations in Geneva offers parking places for CHF 25.00 per night. For reservations please contact the Hotel by e-mail ( [maximum height 220cm].
  • The other hotels are located less than 100 meters from the parking garage of each train station. The payment will be directly at the parking. In Geneva, the hotel guests benefit from a discount.
  • The Hotel Ambassador in Berne has parking places, which are free of charge, as well as two charging stations for electric cars (extra charges apply for charging). Parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Maximum height in parking 190cm.
